Terms of Service — Solvacent

Please read these Terms carefully before using Solvacent's website or engaging our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

// 01. Services

Solvacent provides digital marketing services including SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, web design, and email marketing. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.

// 02. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information as required
Grant timely access to platforms, accounts, and materials
Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
Ensure all content provided does not infringe third-party rights

// 03. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur 2% per month on overdue amounts. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

// 04. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all creative assets produced specifically for their brand. Solvacent retains rights to methodologies and tools. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

// 05. Results & Guarantees

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to best-practice execution and transparent reporting but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue targets.

// 06. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month period. Fees incurred up to termination remain payable.

// 07. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
